We are proud of our long spice tradition: Our founder and namesake, Viola Fuchs, comes from a spice family and is a third-generation spice miller. For more than 20 years, we have been making spice blends by hand under her name in our Hamburg factory and creating delicacies of exquisite quality to give as gifts or to enjoy yourself.
