USIOOC United States International Olive Oil Competition is a new innovative idea by Biotech. & Process Engineer R. Chouket which is considered the first international competition for extra virgin olive oil, that several states in USA and capitals from the two Americas participate in its organization.Every year the competition will be established in a new state in the United State of America or in a capital of the two Americas if an important event is going to take place their (Olympic Games , World Cup, or any other famous and global event), from this perspective our competition encompasses the two Americas.
