The event will take place from th 7th to 14th of Marsh 2022 in Tunis "ONH". The opening will include a prestigious ceremony, Notable figures from all over the world are invited, besides known national personage and representatives of olive oil field. Master Sommeliers amongst the most known around the world will proceed to the sensory evaluation of different olive oil samples. Inpartnering with the National Oil Office (Office Nationale de l’Huile) makes available their modern labs during three days where tasting and evaluation will be held. On the sideline of the competition a professional exhibition for the best “Tunisian Olive Oil” brands will occur in a prestigious hotel where the award ceremony will take place the last day.
