Il nostro olio d'oliva è un extra premium non filtrato. La raccolta viene effettuata a metà ottobre a mano. L'oliatura viene effettuata entro 24 ore dalla raccolta.

We preserve our olive oil in a refrigerator tank until bottling and then kept at 14 -15 degrees until market distribution.
