In 2014, the LEVADA farm was founded by Marco and Federico Tosoni, uncle and nephew who, with the collaboration of other family members, began to grow olive trees and produce oil.

The company is based in Moniga del Garda, the heart of Valtenesi and boasts olive groves in various municipalities of Garda, such as Moniga, Manerba, Polpenazze, Puegnago, Padenghe and Soiano del Lago, for a total extension of about 7 hectares.

The territory with its unique and particular micro-climate, thanks to the lake and the mountains that surround it, allows the cultivation of olive trees and the production of oil at the northernmost latitude in the world.

The secrets to obtaining a quality oil, pass through the human factor, but also through cutting-edge technology: the brand new custom-made MORI-TEM oil mill of the LEVADA farm works with low temperatures, in the complete absence of oxygen, thus avoiding oxidation phenomena, preserving the polyphenols and enhancing the aromas.
