The San Pedro Bautista Cooperative was founded in 1951 in San Esteban del Valle, a town in the province of Ávila (Castilla y León). Our La Moraleda Oil Mill is located under the Sierra de Gredos. Due to the geographical location of its olive trees in the Sierra de Gredos "Ávila" between 800 and 1200 meters above sea level and its varieties of olives such as Barranqueña, Cornatillera (Cornicabra), Albares, Carrasqueñas, Manzanilla, etc., they give the oil a particularly unique color and flavor.
