The company is located in the territory of Scansano, in a particularly suggestive landscape in the heart of Maremma Toscana.

The clayey soil makes these landscapes unique and rich in organic compounds for the cultivation of olive trees and vineyards.

Scansano, famous as the home of wine, is no exception for the production of an excellent oil, thanks to the conformity and characteristics of the soil.

The temperatures with thermal excursions throughout the year and the dry and windy climate are factors of considerable importance for quality olive growing.

We decided to create our own label, the symbol was created by my daughter Chiara, and to create the two current lines, ITALIAN and IGP with the traceability certification of the Tuscan Consortium.
Every year and the number of plants has increased, in 2020 we are at about 1,800 plants with about 4,500 liters of production.
